You can be rest assured that all Seals, Chrome Bars and Skived & Roller Burnished Tubes are purchased only from recognised market leaders. Routine supplier audits and continuous inspection of deliveries by our dedicated quality team ensures that high standards are maintained.

Technology and systems that focus on safety

In other specific aspects of our quality approach, we conduct material analysis using a spectrometer and also utilise co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) technology. At Burnside Eurocyl, we also use specialised test beds to further augment the overall quality focus.

SLV Duisburg Welding Certification, to DIN EN ISO 3834-2, Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.

We can evaluate corrosion protection to EN ISO 12944 by testing to EN ISO 9227 (Neutral Salt Spray), EN ISO 2409 (Cross-cut) and EN ISO 4628 (number and distribution of of corrosion defects).
